Bought this for my grandparents since they are hard of hearing and their other one just wasn't loud enough.The box was very small so I wasn't sure what to think. The installation was easy enough. While the design is nice, the volume levels is what disappointed me the most. As I said, bought it for my grandparents who are hard of hearing so I bought this one since it said it had multiple volumes. As you can imagine how frustrated I was when I found out that the default volume it starts with is the loudest one and the other options are lower. The default is only slightly louder than their previous one but not loud enough for them to hear it well enough. I had really hoped for the best. While the doorbell itself is nice, I don't recommend it for people or their loved ones who are hard of hearing. It's not loud enough.
