Review on BenQ EW3270U 31.5-Inch Monitor with FreeSync – 3840X2160P, USB Hub, High Dynamic Range, Blue Light Filter, Flicker-Free by Vineeth Intindola

The picture quality is excellent. The sound was a big disappointment. I've been trying to get the monitor speakers to work for a week. Turns out you can't get there. The speakers only work with a DisplayPort connection. Many PCs like mine don't have DisplayPort connectivity. And you can't just buy an extra circuit board with this connector because it doesn't exist. My PC has a 3.5 audio out jack, but my Benq monitor DOES NOT have a 3.5 audio in! The solution is to buy some decent extra PC speakers. Why Benq doesn't alert you to this issue beforehand is beyond me. And I haven't seen any mention of it in any reviews. Had I known about this issue, I probably would have bought a monitor anyway and not taken the time to get the speakers working. The documentation mentions that there may be some differences between some models, so I'm wondering if there is a model with audio input somewhere.
