I like that you can customize all aspects of your wine inventory, such as how it's displayed in catalogs or reports; being able to add new products easily with ease (new users); having multiple customers/brands within one account for easy management & reporting needs - it was very difficult at first getting used to everything but now we've gotten into some systems flow so there are no issues anymore! It does come down occasionally when working from home which makes things tough since my workspace doesn't have access to other computers etc., however they do offer remote support if needed though this isn't super common here unless something goes wrong during business hours and then only sometimes depending upon time zones involved. We use our computerized accounting software along side wms to make sure balances stay up throughout out year + orders get entered accurately too!!
