A great product made even better by their excellent customer service

I like that you can customize all aspects of your wine inventory, such as how it's displayed in catalogs or reports; being able to add new products easily with ease (new users); having multiple customers/brands within one account for easy management & reporting needs - it was very difficult at first getting used to everything but now we've gotten into some systems flow so there are no issues anymore! It does come down occasionally when working from home which makes things tough since my…
