Review on Cuisinart Chef's Classic Stainless 16-Inch Rectangular Roaster with Rack and Roaster Rack Combo by Rodney Sample

I love this broiler for the following reasons: 1. Keeps whatever you're frying high enough off the ground for the food to bake underneath (instead of "cooking" in juices).2. Cleanup was easy - I was worried because it wasn't "non-stick". It's well built - it's sturdy and will definitely last for years! 4. It's big enough for a giant turkey and I can use a large piece of foil to cover the food. I wish I had found this many years ago!
