We bought this to connect our Denon receiver to our MacBook Air. The unit came in very nice packaging (is that just me or is that the signal quality of others?) and we enjoyed using it but were distracted by our recent move so it took some time for this project to get to the top. our to-do list. Unfortunately, after a few days of tearing his hair out, my husband googled many times that our particular Mac wouldn't see such hubs in the app we intended. When he found out, the 30-day window to get his Revain back was closed (just for a few days!). Luckily, there was a note in the pretty box stating that Lention was offering a 60-day "no hassle" trial. Return box so I contacted them. Your support team REALLY wanted to help us get the device working with our system, but it was impossible. Not the fault of the article itself, it's just not compatible with our particular Mac. At that point, they promptly refunded the full purchase price with no issues. I can't say enough about how much they wanted to make us happy. I don't know about you, but it means a lot these days!
