Nice and functional

A really simple and useful device for laptop users who may be lacking in ports. Got my $5 coupon so I'm very happy with the price compared to similar products. It's more the pink side of rose gold, as you can see compared to my laptop's gold tones. But it's really light and portable. Definitely recommend!

I can't connect! (UPDATE: Or the connector will fall out!)

I have a 27" iMac with two Thunderbolt ports. This USB-C won't connect. I tried my best, just embarrassed, nervous too and it won't connect. I have a separate USB-C SSD enclosure that plugs into both ports. just fine. It's not about the connectors, it's about the connector. I don't know what I'm doing I think it needs to be returned UPDATE: I exchanged the machine for a replacement machine thinking the item I received was defective, well the replacement was just as bad the lightning plug for it

Great customer service

We bought this to connect our Denon receiver to our MacBook Air. The unit came in very nice packaging (is that just me or is that the signal quality of others?) and we enjoyed using it but were distracted by our recent move so it took some time for this project to get to the top. our to-do list. LENTION delivers on its customer service promise

ORIGINAL REVIEW: Unfortunately, Revain does not have a Revain version of this adapter. I needed this for a card reader and a couple of USB ports. Sometimes it works, but more often it doesn't. Doesn't read my camera's memory card. I have a clicker that I use for presentations, but it won't read it. I had to use a different adapter for my clicker. The HDMI port didn't work either. do i have a lemon Not sure as most other reviews are positive. If I can't exchange this, I can't tell if the problem
