I didn't need many other blades but what convinced me to buy the set was the wallet. There is now a way to contain the blades and limit the damage they do to themselves and other things when jumping into a kit box. Newer Bosch blades have a concave mount that's great for extra strength, but less than great on the other two. First, they can only be mounted in one direction, making it difficult to work in some tight corners. Second, they only fold up with other Bosch disc knives, at least for now, making them difficult to store, especially in a wallet.
