Replaced a failed iLive BT receiver in our 2006 VW EOS. I was able to continue using the existing power and audio cables from the previous receiver (mini USB and audio cables). Setting up BT was easy. Press and hold the power button until the blue LED flashes, go to your phone and select Bluetooth music. After pairing, it was possible to select the aux input on the car radio (press the CD button twice) and play music from the iPhone. It also works as a speaker for voice calls but uses the microphone in the phone rather than the car. The instructions are very poorly (and very small) written, but it was easy to understand.
