No complaints. I bought three of these. They use very good quality nylon with medium strength metal swivel clips. They snap securely into the seat belt slot (just like the seat belt) and I'm confident my dogs (I have 3 miniature pinschers) are more secure. It's good if they don't jump on me and scratch my husband's new truck console. They attach to any standard harness (I do NOT recommend attaching this device to a collar - it will almost certainly break your neck in the event of an accident!). Accident. we had an accident. It also allows us to fully roll down all the windows in the truck without fear of them popping out and getting hurt (or even killed). Love it - would definitely buy them again - in fact I plan to buy 3 more so I can keep them in our other car as well (or in case I need a spare).
