So it feels very strong, very thick and I like the color. My dog is long and skinny so I have a hard time measuring clothes. Their neck and chest circumference is in the M range and their back length is in the XL range. I split the middle and got an L. It weighs 35 pounds. But like I said, a very long time. the problem for me is that the hole in the neck doesn't really reach the neck area of the leash collar without tightening the collar so tight that she almost chokes. And I wish the hood wasn't so close to the opening that the hood doesn't cover the head at all, just the neck. I think she needs size XL for her length but then the chest strap would be too big. The chest strap is a good velcro strap, I will most likely return it, not worth putting it on and aligning it properly with the leash hole. Overall, I would recommend this for a dog that has the right range measurements for a size. But if your length is far from the neck and chest, I would skip this option. But it's definitely good quality.
