The quality is very good, heavy, it does not scatter everywhere. Bought this for our dog as it rains a bit here. Couldn't use it in the rain but pretty good. She really doesn't play around with it, which is amazing, and doesn't seem to mind wearing it. The only thing that bothers me is puddles, but we don't take her with us in the rain, we only take her to wear when she has to go to the bathroom in our garden.

I was very pleased with the high quality of the fabric and construction - pretty good value for money. I have made 2 raincoats for my large dog in the past that have all sorts of extras that I thought would make the fit and functionality fantastic. If I knew I could just buy this device, I wouldn't waste my time. The only improvement I would suggest is a wider belly band. Got XXL for my 70lb Doodle. Size XL would fit, but I like the extra croup length.

I actually bought this for my larger cat as he and his sister insisted on taking us for a walk in the rain even though they weren't interested in getting wet. I was surprised how thick and high quality the waterproof material is! It also has little leg straps that help keep the back of the coat in line with the body, which definitely helps keep it in place. It's a bit big for my boy but I was expecting that when I bought it I would make the bottom strap a bit smaller to fit his body. Can't wait

So it feels very strong, very thick and I like the color. My dog is long and skinny so I have a hard time measuring clothes. Their neck and chest circumference is in the M range and their back length is in the XL range. I split the middle and got an L. It weighs 35 pounds. But like I said, a very long time. the problem for me is that the hole in the neck doesn't really reach the neck area of the leash collar without tightening the collar so tight that she almost chokes.
