Unfortunately mine was damaged on arrival. Despite the fact that it was tightly packed, I heard a rattling sound inside when I took the strip out of the box. I removed the end and found the cable stop was broken and was floating in the strip. I'm pretty sure there is something I can do to prevent the cable from being pulled out of the end, but I was disappointed with the manufacturer's (rather than the seller's) quality assessment of the device. ** UPDATE ** I have been contacted regarding a replacement for my damaged device. After exchanging emails with them, THEY NEVER SENT A REPLACEMENT. I ended up repairing one device to complete my project, but I can say with confidence I will NEVER buy another one. And for that, I'm reducing my original 3-star rating to a 1-star rating.
