Poor quality parts work best on the hitch
They are made in Mexico and there is so much dross at the welds on the back of one of the hook parts that the mounts about 1/4 inch sit. It cannot be sanded as this can weaken the hook as the 'hooks' are simply welded to a flat bed in a hole or slot.
