SWOPT manufactures cleaning materials with the premise that a household only needs one handle for brooms, mops, and push brooms. The one handle is interchangeable with other cleaning equipment, in order to eliminate duplicate handles. With Snap Lock technology and interchangeing heads, there is less to store. The Snap Lock technology is a good idea for some families with very little storage, but I like having the equipment in different places, because of different levels of cleanliness. Our pushbroom sits outside or in the garage, and gathers leaves, dirt and spiderwebs. I don't care to have those things on my mop handle while mopping my kitchen floor. It's a good broom which ever handle you care to use. Our patio outside was cleared very effectively with a few strokes, and a bunch of dust wasn't stirred up in our midst during the process.
