Great setup for $300.
I mounted a 3 axis setup on a 1950’s Millrite knee mill. Needed to fabricate custom brackets for each end of the scale, and the reader head. The mount bracket arm for theReadout is a bit sloppy, and sags when mounted to the ram, but with some skill, and a minor rework, getting level is possible. I’ve used the $2500 Accurite digitals during myworking career, and these are great digitals. Bright screen with plenty of settings options. I highly recommend. Mounting is not for the amateur machinist.
