Review on Frigidaire EPTWFU01 Water Filtration Filter: Purify Your Water with this 1 Count, White Filter! by John Carter

I received a filter which was easy to install and fit like a charm. However, after replacing the filter, the icemaker stopped making ice. We tried everything we could think of as we use ice regularly but no luck. We have searched online for similar issues and believe this is due to a faulty filter as others have had the same issue in a similar situation. We have received an email from the seller with feedback on this transaction as well as satisfaction with the item and requesting feedback if there are any issues or concerns. Answered the above question and didn't receive any response to resolve the issue. Now I have to order another one and send it back as a dissatisfied customer. I understand that the product may be defective, but requesting a review and not responding to it is unacceptable.
