Even though I only tested the FX-6300, Amazon went ahead and published a review of both the FX-4300 and the FX-6300. This computer's processor was the main factor in my decision to purchase it. It's common in today's low-cost setups, but if you're starting from scratch, you should look into purchasing a PC with a Ryzen 5 1600 or Ryzen 7 2800 processor. The purchase of antiquated hardware that is anticipated to become irrelevant even in budget assemblies in 2-3 years is preferable to the immediate purchase of a base with strong potential for the future.
