I'm picky about following my orthodontist's instructions, who said to chew gum for 5-10 minutes each time. I change aligners. Didn't really feel it helped until I tried these multifunctional gummies. They have greatly improved my form and I have been able to reduce the number of days between tablet changes. An incisor seems to work best when you make a cut in the direction of the tooth that you are NOT trying to make. (So when planting the top front, make a hole towards the bottom teeth.) I use a hard one and it's perfect.
