The best thing about this tool was that it gave me some really good options when writing emails on how I can improve my open rate or CTRs (click through rates). Also since there are several templates already created you don't have to create your own from scratch as well! It sometimes took quite a while for things like images to load so if they take too long then you know what, no point waiting and hoping that everything loads up without problem. If you're looking to go in depth with sending out mass emails/emails via autoresponder - this would be an outstanding option!! Using Outreach plus helped us find new prospects by increasing our clickthrough rate by 500% using only 10 different target keywords. I like that it allows me to create different lists of contacts with various attributes (like phone number or address). It's also easy to send mass emails. The layout could be better - some sections are just too small. I've found this tool very useful in my work as an SEO consultant/in-house specialist at a marketing agency. We use it mostly for lead generation but have started using it for customer service and support queries as well.
