Not a panacea, works initially but stops after about a thousand miles or less.
With high mileage, MDX overhauled the transmission and it has done about 20,000 miles and started to slip when put into 3rd gear a few months after the 1 year warranty expired. Tried this and it helped for about a couple hundred miles, then it started slipping again, forcing me to manually shift into 2nd gear and then manually into 4th. Bottom line: If your car or SUV isn't having serious misfires due to slippage, this may help, but this fluid is definitely not a panacea for misfires and slipping through an automatic transmission in a high-mileage car or SUV.
