The best thing I like about this application is that it has all of my contacts so if someone calls me they will get through right away instead of having to wait for them to send an email or text message first because their number isn't in there yet. Sometimes when you are trying to call your customer back but its not working out too well due to connection problems sometimes have to redial several times before getting connected with them which gets annoying especially since we work around our phones 24/7. If you use oneplus as your primary device then using this app makes life easier by keeping track of who needs what done and where to go next without needing to constantly check emails looking up numbers etc.
