Review on Educator Quick-Release Transmitter Holder: Convenient Accessory for Remote Dog Training Collars by Nate Caldwell

I liked this clip at first, it made the remote control for my Educator ET-1200UL much more convenient, always in a place that's easy to grab but out of the way. only a week, if you just touch the door frame with it, the plastic will break. For an item worth over $23 this redesigned phone clip really let me down. I don't quite understand why Einstein would come out with such an inferior product, so out of character for their typically high standards. (I LOVE my Educator ET-1200UL, it is the most durable, best designed, highest quality training collar and remote control I have ever seen). Clip, this design puts a directional stress on the edges of this Chinese bracket, causing it to tear. The simple solution is to either change the design or replace the materials with metal. I plan to call E-Collar/Einstein to request a replacement. I will update based on their services to fix the issue. UPDATE: A call to E-Collar/Einstein went straight to a real English speaker and a new one came in the mail. The quality problem still exists, but at least the company is willing to improve it with great customer service!
