We are sorry to give a negative review for the product, but it had to be done. This is solely related to my purchase of this original product. This router lasted me about 45 days. The first few weeks were great, it went quickly and I had no problems. Then suddenly it stopped working. I asked my cable provider to fix it, thinking it must be my cable modem since I just bought it. And another friend also tried to help me. Vain. This is a router. I think if you are paying less than $20 you should expect it. I will now spend over $50 to buy something essential and also see if the manufacturer offers a remedy for my wasted investment and time.
