Review on 🏎️ K&N Cold Air Intake Kit: Unleash High Performance & Boost Horsepower | 2000-2004 Dodge (Dakota, Durango) 57-1516 by Wesley Bell

The product works as advertised on my 2001 Durango 4x4 (no other modifications, stock exhaust). I notice a slight increase in horsepower and throttle response. I also noticed a 3-4 mpg increase. As others have said, it makes the motor a bit noisier. I wouldn't call it pretentious, but it's quite loud and noticeable in a truck with the windows open. Worth noting: When you're not stepping on the gas, it's not loud. If you REALLY step on the gas it wakes up and makes a nice, low, hard growl. I can only imagine how much better this would sound paired with the Flowmaster 40 series. Overall I'm happy with it. Follow Chris' installation instructions above and you'll be up and running in no time. I got it to the truck in less than an hour. The only reason I took off a star is the price - and the same goes for any performance air intake - it just feels like paying too much money for an air intake.
