There are no washers/nuts in the packaging and the bushings are not rubber.
Use on a trailer When the package arrived the nuts and washers were scattered inside and fell out. Finally found the last nut after about a week on the floor. If they put them in a ziplock bag the problem would be solved. The wire hole grommets are made of plastic, not flexible material. Not suitable for impregnation. Generally this will work, but it's a classic example of you getting what you pay for.
