This item cannot be used immediately after packaging. A connection to the cartridge was not established. After about 10 minutes of working with it. I was able to connect the cartridge. When trying to shave, the blade immediately fell off. I threw it away. I did not try to negotiate with the company. However, I bought every aftermarket pin I could find for the Atra. They all worked. Some are better than others. But at least they worked. It's garbage. I do not understand why? Any effort to start producing a useless product. All for $10. I'm sure they're losing money.
