This item cannot be used immediately after packaging. A connection to the cartridge was not established. After about 10 minutes of working with it. I was able to connect the cartridge. I love the 2-blade shaving system and prefer the blade attachment method over 5-blade cartridges. They're easier to shave between the nose and upper lip and below the lower lip, and are better at shaving sideburns to the right length with a clean, straight cut.

Some light. I really don't mind. Works with ATRA compatible blades, no hassle attaching. I like the fact that the entire underside is flat, it's easy to see which way it's facing when you're shaving in the shower.

I've been using Atra razors in one form or another for over 40 years and all I can say is that thing is complete rubbish. The cartridge barely lasted, and when it did, it fell out on the first hit. I kept trying to make it work and ended up cut on my face from my anger. Straight into the trash. This handle is perfect for my Atra blades. It's almost impossible to find this type of pen in my area, I think I'll order a backup if anything happens to this one.

This razor handle is ridiculous. Balance, it just floats in your hand with no content. The shave is complete because it won't hold the cartridge in place with even the slightest, gentlest pressure on my skin. Despite the low price, buying this pen was a waste of time and money.
