Make sure it is straight before applying

. This is no joke. Make no mistake when applying. It is almost impossible to remove to change position. I gave up after a few tries and then decided to use my wrench to lift the edge, break the glass, remove it and throw it away. To my surprise it came up and I positioned it correctly and now it's there and I'm very happy with it.
