Design improved EGR valve performance. A few days after replacing the EGR valve and cleaning the recovery chamber, I was driving down the street when suddenly my van sneezed and a trickle of soot spurted out of the tailpipe. So it's worth the time, it helps with starting and another one or two kilometers with fuel consumption. RM Zook
