You get what you pay for.
So I'm just repeating what others have said. It's not carbon fiber. This is aluminum. at the bottom. looks like the plate is about to fall off. The only way to keep it level is to drill your own holes (the screw heads are visible) or use double-sided tape, which is crazy. You can get a 4-bolt plate from Porsche, but it's $48, which seems crazy for a plate frame. I am returning my old frame.
