Incredible value, I would expect something like this for over $30 these days. The water bladder works great and is easy to fill with ice and water. I bought it for my 11 year old son for the cross country mountain bike races he was competing in. He is about 4'10 78# and this suits him perfectly. The only thing I will add is some sort of magnet on the hose and another magnet on the shoulder strap to keep it from dangling and very easy to use with one hand. It has an elastic loop to stow the end of the tube, but it's not as easy to use one-handed while cycling as it is with my Osprey pack, but mine was $75, so I attach my own magnet to it.
