I like how easy it was for me as an admin user with no technical training to be able understand what my accounts were doing in terms of lead management/contact quality scoring etc. The tool could definitely use some enhancements but not much needed at this stage since most features are functional enough without needing any additional tweaking or customizations made (though there's nothing wrong about being proactive). There really isn't anything negative mentioned so far either! We’re solving our need for better Lead Qualification & Data Management across multiple channels from one dashboard using machine learning algorithms which allow us more control over specific campaigns than ever before. This has enabled consistent cross-channel insights into prospect behavior and conversion rate optimization opportunities within each channel allowing higher customer satisfaction through optimised processes along with increased ROI via improved sales efficiency. My biggest challenge right now would have been finding out if they had similar functionality elsewhere - even though their platform looks very impressive overall; having different brands running off.
