We only had this mattress pad for two nights but it was the loveliest night's sleep! We live in Wisconsin where it gets very cold at night. We like to open our bedroom windows at night because we prefer to sleep in a cold room. But it's cruel to stay in bed with sheets of ice. The mattress topper is no longer a game changer! Turn on a mattress topper before you go to bed and it will change the world, no more frosty sheets. The dueling controls are great as I love that my side is warmer than my husband's side. The controls are easy to use and visible in the dark. The mattress cover is soft and comfortable, you can't feel the wires at all. It has nice deep pockets that our memory foam mattress and pillow fit very well in. Some people in the reviews said the controls were too short to reach the bedside tables, but we didn't find that to be true when you place the end caps on the bed. You need two outlets for each control to work. Overall we are very happy with this purchase. A year later...we still love this mattress topper!
