This item arrived very quickly. We washed it a few weeks ago and put it on the bed. This has been tried several times and works quite well. On high it heats up quickly and gets really warm. I really like the timer option where I can set the time to 1 hour and the temperature to 10 (the highest). This gives me a warm bed when I've finished my nightly routine. This heated mattress topper warms well, and that's perhaps its only advantage. Almost the entire side of the cover didn't have a second row of stitching, which apparently should be normal. It was still strong, but I knew the coating would lose strength over time. This coating is soft to the touch but not very pliable.
