Review on White Sunbeam MixMaster 350 Watt Stand Mixer with Soft-Start Technology by Susan Alexander

So disappointed in small home appliances

This blender doesn't mix well at all. Very thin and just doesn't mix. I've tried using both racquet and racket. Not even on normal cake mixes. So disappointing. This was my third MixMaster in my life. I bought my first over 40 years ago. I started working when I was 15. My first purchase was my own black and white television. My second was the Sunbeam MixMaster. It would mix EVERYTHING and GOOD - cookie dough, you name it. When it finally needed replacing after 25 years, I bought a new Mix Master. He too did an excellent job. When it finally needed replacing, I bought this one. I particularly like the fact that these machines have a hand mixer function. I let this and my previous experiences with the product line cloud my judgment and ignore the many bad reviews. I'll be selling it at my next garage sale (probably priced at $10 as I think it's probably worth it) and looking for a replacement this holiday season. If you're looking for a blender to make cornbread and other foods that don't need smooth blending, then this blender is for you. Otherwise don't waste your money.
