I don't know how to remove the core from zucchini - does anyone eat zucchini? - but this tool works like a charm for the jalapeno seed, which is what we use it for. We eat a lot of jalapenos and always clean them with water so the fumes and gases don't harm anyone. This little device does its job so well that no water is needed in the process. All you have to do is insert the blade from the end of the stem to the bottom of the pepper, twist it around the stem until a full cut is completed, and pull out the pepper core and seeds. Couldn't be easier. I highly recommend this wonderful little grain.
