Disadvantages: An initial adjustment during installation is absolutely necessary, which can take some time. It's a balance between tight enough to hold your position and loose enough to be adjusted while seated. Remove the side covers and adjust the Allen screws to get the perfect tension. You should be able to move him without releasing the pull rod, but he should also stay in place with his head or the back of his head resting on it. The up and down guides are too easy to accidentally adjust if the position and tilt is slightly different for your head and seating position. It should be at right angles to your head or neck to stay in place easily. You must remove it. However, I have found that I prefer it. Your mileage may vary. Verdict: It's really good once you set it up properly, but it can use a design overhaul so you can make it disappear by tilting it up and back to the side. The up-down guides should be replaced with up-down adjustment knobs for more accurate and secure adjustment. Therefore 4 and not 5 stars. Otherwise I didn't expect to keep it.
