Good size with airlocks and weights
They are ideal for fermenting vegetables such as salsa, chutney etc. They are well made with good quality silicone pads. The gateway is made of plastic, but also of high quality. No more burping cans. Weights are easy to install and remove. This set made the fermentation process much easier. Highly recommended!
