It probably works fine.
We bought this product because our Visio TV shipped a year ago. However, when the cable guy came to hook it up years ago, he programmed the cable company's remote control into our Visio, making it obsolete. So we bought this to replace what we were hoping would automatically connect to the TV. It didn't work, I googled and posted on YouTube but I can't connect it to our Visio TV. So I can't really judge if this product/purchase works well. I don't even know how to rate it because I can't use it.
