Simple enough, but you probably actually need RTFM (Read The F'ing Manual). Definitely not intuitive, but not that difficult either. Accuracy is +/- 1 degree Fahrenheit, which is good enough for what I use it for: maintaining the set temperature for my beer fermentation. The actual sensor cable is long enough for my needs, as is the power cable. It's got a nice array of options, notably the ability to enable separate heating and cooling units - if you need to be configured that way. I didn't, so I just used the "COOL" connector. The "HEAT" connector is not used. So far it has worked fine for me. I am happy with my purchase and my last drink too! :)
