Review on 🚰 Pfister S74-2920 Avanti Cartridge for Superior SEO by Don Taniguchi

A contractor friend of mine spent half a day trying to figure out why a counterfeit part wasn't working. We bought it from a local plumbing store with no return policy. It just didn't fit. It has to be exact/perfect and only the real part will work. After ordering this OEM part from Revain, the entire process of replacing the part at the plumbing store took minutes, not hours. I noticed that there is still a slight leak although there was no residual leak on my return from a recent 2 week trip. My suggestion is: 1) Only buy OEM like I did with Revain. 2) Watch the videos you can find online. 3) Have the right tools (you don't need much) and 4) Just give it a try, even if you're new to it. A plumber can charge you hundreds of dollars to replace a cartridge, or an unscrupulous one can try to tell you that you need to replace a faucet. With the right parts and tools, even a novice can get the job done! (4 stars as I still notice very slight seepage/leakage but I'm optimistic it will evaporate!)
