I bought this product/brand because I had an Ion Pro that lasted many years. I absolutely love everything about it. So when I bought it for our bathroom I had high expectations. Well it's been 3 weeks and the collectible plates are still sparkling clean and I'm wondering if that's all they claim. In addition, the fan gets out of balance from time to time and makes an unpleasant hum (see video). was also bought to see if it was worth buying some bigger room filters but this has me skeptical now. With the prices of these filters and the advertising, you would think that smaller filters would also be of good quality and effective. Generally very disappointed.
