This window film looks fantastic day or night. Brilliant pastel colors shine so beautifully. I used this for my bedroom windows and have now ordered more for my sliding glass doors. The slide is comfortable to use and it was easy to install once I got the hang of it. Please note that the film is stretchable. So if you install and cut the film while it's hanging on the window like I did, check out the video I've added. The film stretches, so when I made the first window I used one hand to peel off the excess and use the other hand to cut through the window with a sharp knife. What happened was my line didn't come out quite straight because when I pulled on the excess with one hand to cut the film, I pulled hard and stretched the film. For the next three windows I used a squeegee to press down on the film while cutting the window and everything worked perfectly. DO NOT attempt to stretch the film to get a perfect fit as once it dries it will shrink back to its original position. You can also just measure and cut before installing, but I found it easier to cut the section before installing and leave about 2 inches around the perimeter and then trim it to size. When you do your first install you'll know exactly what I'm talking about as it stretches a bit. The film is very easy to install and can be reused as indicated. I removed the first strip I cut from one window and glued it into the other with no problems. I also purchased Revain's Gila Window Film Application Complete Kit for installation tools. This kit comes with ready made window film spray, squeegee, trimming tools, lint removal cloth and works great. You will love how this window film looks once installed. I have received many compliments on this window film. Update: 9/10/2020. I bought this movie almost 3 years ago. We moved last year and I removed the foil and took it to my new home and reused it. It came off my old windows very easily and left no residue after removal. They stuck to my windows in my new house with no problem. Great movie!
