Review on πŸ‘Ÿ Newport H2 Sandal for Unisex Kids by John Bailey

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Keen sandals are smaller than Keen boots and all Keens are smaller than other brands

It's confusing to judge if true to size. My son measures 7.5 wide (baby). After 6 pairs of sandals we found the right ones (Keen 9 and Littleplum 9). I've always avoided Keens due to the stiffness of their soles (I love them and have lots of them, but not for my son). Someone in a review mentioned that they found the sandals more flexible than other Keen soles. I do not agree. My son found them uncomfortable, I think because they are stiffer than anything he has ever worn. As mentioned, it would be nice if Keen could figure out the size. The eights I originally ordered are about the same size as the size 6 Crocs he wore last year. His Keen winter boots were a size 10, so in hindsight I don't know why I noticed people checking "fits to size" and ordering a size 8 (probably because it all started with 8.5 watts. That's mine Ordered Stride Rite were huge - probably true to size). We landed on these, they are wide enough for him and he found them comfortable. Less stiff sole and fabric than Keens. Not as wide as Keane's but fits him with a skinny toe and looks wide enough: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07QFVDXFF/ref=ppx_od_dt_b_asin_title_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
