Review on 🍀 Clover Amour Crochet Hook Set: 5.5mm, 5.50mm, Multicoloured - Premium Quality and Comfort for Crafting Bliss by Dawn Fischer

I bought this product in anticipation of great success as I read praise for the line everywhere. When I first started crocheting a few years ago I bought an ergonomic set of 12 here for the price of two Clover crochet hooks and kept telling myself they couldn't compete with Clover. Well I disagree. I love my "cheap knockoffs" and they serve me well. I use the 5.5mm so often I wish I had a second hook handy. So I decided to invest in Clover and see what the hype is about. I was so excited when it arrived. Although I have mixed feelings about it. The metal hook and pole are excellent and my yarn just keeps sliding. But the convex inscription on the handle ruined this product for me. The following two words are so irritating that they left blisters on my finger and arm! I don't understand why they felt the need to increase them ("Clover" and "Japan") rather than engrave or indent them like the "5.5mm" size. I really want to take a razor blade and scrape it off. I think this is the only way I can use this "Premium" product. 😢 But I'm afraid I'll ruin the pen. So I don't know what to do to solve the problem. Has anyone else had this problem? Now back to my cheap hook.
