Works well, little done.

I've wanted one for many years but never needed it until I started grilling. I thought this pack was great for checking both coals and meat. If it actually offers that much, it's almost too much for someone like me. I just needed something to point to and get an answer. Is everything max/avg/min? Diff/Hal/Lal. for me it's just overkill. The meat thermometer works well but feels like it's made out of cheap plastic and doesn't look like it will hold up very well. The thermometer, although better made, broke when I put a battery in it. At first it looked like it was stuck, and when it finally came free, one of the bottom edges broke. It didn't break so I was able to tape it around to hold it together and it works great. I only have to turn it off when I want to change the battery.

Pros
  • FREE MEAT THERMOMETER
Cons
  • Something different
