I was hoping the brush had a hole in the center of the head for a tab to fit. This is a stiff brush that does NOT clean protruding areas well. It's too hard and I was afraid the bristles would scratch the surface of the wheels. The design has downsides - the bristles need to be either ring-shaped (so the edge fits into the brush) or semi-circular so you can see the inside of the tip area while brushing. This will probably work just fine IF YOU REMOVE ANY LEAD. You can then stick a brush in that area and clean the wheel, then use the brush and a bucket of soapy water to clean the cleats, dry them and then reattach the cleats.
