First my carrier was damaged. Second, the hole is too small. Normally I wouldn't mind if the product had minor damage as long as I could use it as intended. I have several rescue cats that vary in size and height and even the smallest one couldn't get through the door unless I put it in a pillowcase first and let it fall. No thank you. I give 1 star because the material is not easy to clean if the animal gets sick or has an accident and because the size and opening are more than ideal. Maybe if you have small kittens or puppies.
