The most important thing I like is that it has all of my patient's info in one place! It also makes scheduling appointments so much easier because you don't have to call each provider individually or look up their schedules online separately- everything can be found right at your fingertips with Ois!! Sometimes there are minor glitches when logging into certain pages but they usually resolve themselves quickly once notified by email/phonecall from customer service staff member who helps me solve any problems as soon as possible if needed.

If anyone was looking forward towards an easy way keep track of everyone involved during treatment process this would definitely help them out tremendously. !
